NEW QUARTERLY COURSE ENROLLMENT CERTIFICATION FORM
PROCEDURE
STEP ONE:
A) Pick up a copy of your academic Degree Check from UCI Veterans Services Office OR download your Degree Audit from Student Access
B) Either download the Quarterly Course Enrollment Certification Form or pick one up from UCI Veterans Services office.
STEP TWO:
Completely fill out the Quarterly Course Enrollment Certification form and update your Degree Check/Degree Audit with your certified courses and indicate how those courses will fulfill your degree and/or minor requirements. If there are any possible changes that could effect your course enrollment, please leave a remark on the back of the degree check/degree audit
STEP THREE:
Submit both the Quarterly Course Enrollment Certification from and your updated Degree Check/Degree Audit to the UCi Veterans Services office.
Note: An Academic Counselor's signature is OPTIONAL, but reccommended. Benefits will not be processed unless we have all the required paperwork.

ACADEMIC STANDING
All students receiving U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs educational benefits must be in good academic standing. An undergraduate student with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or below or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or below for two academic quarters will have their VA benefits terminated. Benefits will be reinstated if and when the undergraduate student's cumulative GPA is 2.0 or above or the graduate student's cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above.
READMISSION FOR DISQUALIFED GRADUATE STUDENTS
Graduate students who are academically disqualified may be readmitted to the University with a recommendation from their academic unit and the Dean of Graduate Studies. The student must follow guidelines outlined on page 89 of the 2003-2004 General Catalog.
